Call today for an appointment or use our flexible walk-in option. We accept patients with OR without insurance, or select our “prepaid” alternative with the IMR Premier Health Pass. The pass is an annual prepaid office visit package--choose the number of visits you and your family may need for the year and simply pay a minimal fee when seen by one of our friendly Nurse Practioners. Choose from different increment levels that fit your budget and your care needs.
