IMR Immediate Care offers an innovative approach to managing health care costs.  Primary care patients have a “prepaid” alternative to traditional co-pay or full payment office visits. The IMR Primary Care Pass is an annual prepaid office visit package--choose the number of visits you and your family may need for the year and simply pay a minimal fee when seen by one of our friendly Family Nurse Practioners. Choose from different increment levels that fit your budget and your care needs.
